Great name choice. I've written a lot on my blog about the meanings of kung fu, or gongfu--to use the pinyin transliteration.
While there is certainly a component of personal achievement in the expression "gongfu" it is most often something said of other people-- simply because it means something done for others. Work dedicated to others.
Of course, in the movies and fiction, we often see "anti-gongfu" too, personal achievement dedicated to harming others.
